A Message to Our Clients on Covid-19

The health and safety of our community, clients, and employees are a top priority and we want to assure you that we are taking extra precautions during this time by following regulations set out by NC state board. Aside from increased cleaning, we have some protocols we would like for you to keep in mind when arriving to your appointment. We understand that these new protocols may be uncomfortable and dissimilar from the norm, however these precautions are required to maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff. Thank you for your support and understanding!


  1. We are asking that you monitor your health, and if you experience signs or symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 to refrain from visiting us until the symptoms have resolved. 

  2. We are taking appointments by phone or through online booking only. We are not taking walk-ins at this time to reduce traffic in our studio.

  3. If you can, wait in your car and call us to let us know that you've arrived for your appointment. We will let you know when your technician is ready for you.

  4. Please wear a mask to your appointment and keep mask on for the entire duration of service. Masks will be available for purchase at the front desk for $2.

  5. Only client who is receiving service can enter, no extras(spouse, kids, etc) are to come as we only have 2 spots to sit in waiting area.

  6. Client must fill out Covid-19 Consent form when checking in. A receptionist will also check your temperature upon arrival.

  7. Clients can use hand sanitizer provided or if you would like to wash your hands with anti-bacterial soap provided in the hall/restroom.
