Our Policies

*If you are running late, be sure to notify us, however service may not be guaranteed. 

We work very hard to be prompt for your service, and we ask is in return, that you be on time for your appointments with us! 

Waxing

Appointment bookings can be done online or via phone! We have an 8 minute late policy for our scheduled wax appointments. Please notify us if you are running late, however, your service/services are not guaranteed. After 3 "no shows" a 25% deposit will be required during booking for any services there after. A  non refundable 25% fee of service/s may be charged for any cancellations, rescheduling made after 24 hours of the appointment time for services $60+. We do not offer free "touch ups" on wax services after 3 days of the wax service. Fees and deposits are non refundable.

Lash lift

Please call if you would like an appointment for a Lash Lift service. We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and a non refundable 25% deposit is required. Deposit will be deducted from service at checkout. First time clients are required to fill out a form online prior to service.

Eyelash Extensions

Due to the demand and length of time it takes for the service to be completed, we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and will be used for any fees. A non refundable 25% deposit is required for all full set eyelash extensions and first time clients.

For liability purposes, we cannot perform any eyelash extension services on pregnant women due to the duration of the service and ingredients in lash glue. Serenity Waxing Studio does not want to put client or baby at any risk.

A fee of 25% will be charged for any no shows or last minute cancellations/rescheduling that is less than 24 hours of your scheduled time. If confirmations are not made before 24 hours, your appointment time may be moved to another client on the waiting list. Without a credit card on file or deposit, appointments can not be on booked. We do not offer "touch ups" 3 days after the service. After "3" no shows or cancellations, client will be on waiting list and a deposit will be required prior to booking.

Semi/Permanent Makeup

 Due to the demand and length of time it takes for the service to be completed, we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and will be used for any fees. A non refundable deposit of 25% of total is required during booking.

A non refundable fee of $100 will be charged for any no shows or last minute cancellations that are less than 24 hours of your scheduled time. Last minute cancellations for Touch up appointments will be charged a $25 fee. If confirmations are not made before 24 hours  of your appointment, your time may be given to another client on the waiting list. Without a credit card on file or deposit, appointments can not be booked. After "3" no shows or cancellations, client will be on waiting list.

Refunds/Returns

Our packages and gift certificates are non transferable to other clients. We do not offer any refunds on services or returns on products! All sales are final. In the event where a client exits facility without payment, invoices will be sent out, or card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.
