Our Policies

*We have a 8 minute late policy for all of our appointments. If you are running late be sure to notify us, the service may not be guaranteed but we will try our best to accomodate you.

We work very hard to be prompt for your service, and we ask is in return, that you be on time for your appointments with us! A credit card may be required for booking of services totaling $75+.

Waxing

A non refundable 25% fee of service/s or card on file may be charged for any cancellations and rescheduling made after 24 hours of the appointment time as well as "no shows". After 3 "no shows" or cancellations, a deposit or card on file will be required to book future services no matter the total . We do not offer free "touch ups" on wax services after 3 days of the wax appointment. and deposits are non refundable.

* Please be advise, cannot perform any waxing services on anyone using topical/oral treatments on any part of the body that are used for treating acne, including but not limited to; Accutane, Differin, Retin A, Retinol, Tretinion, Benzoyl peroxide, or Antibiotics. These treatments can cause the skin to be thinner or more sensitive and may cause the skin to lift.

Lash lift/Brow Lamination

We require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and a non refundable 25% deposit. Deposits will go towards service and will be deducted at checkout. If appointment is canceled/rescheduled after 24hrs or is marked as "No Show", deposit will be used as a "fee" and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. First time clients are required to fill out a form prior to service.

Eyelash Extensions

Due to the demand and length of time it takes for the service to be completed, we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment (even if service is under $75) and may be used for any fees. A non refundable 25% deposit is required for all full sets and fill-ins. Deposits will be deducted from service at checkout or may be used as a "fee" of if appointment is canceled/rescheduled after 24hrs or is marked as "No Show".

A fee of 25% will be charged for any "No-Shows" or cancellations/rescheduling after 24 hours of appointment time. If confirmations are not made before 24 hours, your appointment time may be moved to another client on the waiting list. Without a credit card on file or deposit, appointments can not be booked. We do not offer "touch ups" 3 days after the service. After 3 "no shows" or cancellations, client will be on waiting list and a deposit will be required prior to booking.

* For liability purposes, we cannot perform eyelash extension services on pregnant women due to the duration of the service and ingredients in lash glue. Serenity Waxing Studio does not want to put client or baby at any risk*

Semi/Permanent Makeup

Due to the length of time it takes for the service to be completed, we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment and will be used for any fees. A non refundable deposit of 25% of total is required during booking.

A non refundable fee of 25% will be charged for any "no shows", or cancellations/rescheduling after 24 hours of your scheduled time. If confirmations are not made before 24 hours of your appointment, your time may be given to another client on the waiting list. Without a credit card on file or deposit, appointments can not be booked. After 3 "no shows" or cancellations, client will be on waiting list.

Refunds/Returns

Our packages and gift certificates are non transferable to other clients. We do not offer any refunds on services or returns on products! All sales are final. In the event where a client exits facility without payment, invoices will be sent out, or card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.
